Meet Madeline Seeley, Your Expert Cosmetic Tattoo Artist
With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Madeline Seeley brings both artistry and a passion for helping people look and feel their best through cosmetic tattoos.
I began my journey in cosmetics in 2004, earning my Oregon aesthetics license and honing my skills with top beauty brands like MAC Cosmetics. Working in the cosmetics world allowed me to build a strong foundation in artistry and helped me develop a keen eye for detail and beauty.
However, my true inspiration to pursue cosmetic tattooing came when my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent areola restoration. Witnessing the power of cosmetic tattooing in helping her regain confidence and feel more like herself opened my eyes to the life-changing impact of this art form. Motivated by this experience, I earned my Oregon tattoo license in 2022 and completed a specialized Cosmetic Tattoo school.

All appointments require a $100 deposit. If the appointment is canceled, the deposit is non-refundable.
Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be canceled.

Yes! There's a small parking lot in front of the building for your convenience.
All cell phones must be left with your belongings during your appointment. Please complete all calls prior to arriving.
Microblading is generally not recommended during pregnancy. While the procedure is safe for most people, there is a small risk of infection, and your skin may be more sensitive due to hormonal changes. It's best to wait until after pregnancy to ensure the safest results.
